Textbooks: FALL AND SPRING SESSIONS:
Textbooks are returnable by the specific date printed on your receipt. The receipt must accompany the books and the books must be in the same condition as when purchased. A new book must not have wear, writing, or highlighting in it. A used book must be returned in a saleable condition. All books sold with media (CD or disk) must have this media when returned, whether the book was used or new.

Computer Software/Music CDs
Software and music CDs can be returned within 14 days after purchase if the seal and/or shrink-wrap are not removed from the package. There are no returns on this product if the shrink-wrap or seal is removed. All defective products will be gladly exchanged for the same product.

General Books and Merchandise
All general books and merchandise can be returned within 30 days with the original store receipt. All items refunded or exchanged must be in saleable condition with original packaging.

Exceptions for Textbooks: SUMMER SESSIONS

    Interim Courses/Summer Classes:

1. Classes greater than one week and up to ten weeks in length:
   Returns are permitted for the first week after class begins (regardless of when the class begins and/or when purchased)



2. Classes one week or less:
   No refund privileges.
