The Bookstore management team contains extensive retail management and fiscal
backgrounds and is highly committed to the growth and development of the
Bookstore and of the institution. The management team consists of:

Mike Reed, Director
Mike has been with the Bookstore since December 1997. His responsibilities include overseeing all functions of the store — budgets, financial goals, marketing, personnel, technology, service levels, and policy.

Jim Goodman, Operations Manager Jim has been with the Bookstore since April 1999. He directs, plans, and controls the day-to-day operational functions including direct supervision of the customer service, cashiering, distribution center, and has responsibilities for support services.

Tracy
Thompson, Textbook Manager Tracy has been with the Bookstore since 1997. His responsibilities include coordinating with faculty to secure course book information, inventory control, financial and budget planning, buyback, returns, merchandising, staffing, and customer service.

Teri Day, Assistant Textbook Manager Teri has been with the Bookstore since January 1992. Her responsibilities include purchasing of new and used textbooks, coordinating book returns, inventory control, financial reporting, faculty assistance, and customer service.

Holly
Hunsaker, Trade Book Buyer/Art & Supply Buyer Holly has been with the Bookstore since March 2003. She is responsible for all non-text books at the Bookstore including special orders, books for clubs, author appearances, and conferences. Her responsibilities also include all art and supply products for the bookstore.

Jensen, Clothing/Novelty Buyer Erica has been with the Bookstore since September 2004. Her responsibilities include merchandising, ordering, inventory control, and returns for the clothing and novelty departments.

Janis
McCurry, BroncoTEC Technology Buyer Janis has been with the Bookstore since March 2004. Her responsibilities include buying computer hardware, software & peripherals; software site and media licenses, and electronic products. jmccurry@boisestate.edu

Kirk Pharis, Assistant Operations Manager Kirk has been with the Bookstore since March 2001. He is responsible for supervising the student staff, including hiring, scheduling & performance evaluation. He also oversees the operations of Bronco Express, the Bookstore's web order processing & shipping facility.

Robert Seal, Distribution Center Manager
Robert has been with the Bookstore since July, 2007. Robert's responsibilities include the receiving of all merchandise product for the store, the transfer of this merchandise to our retail locations, the coordination of product placement for off-site sales events, and the inventory integrity of the back stocked merchandise at the Distribution Center.

Zab
Biason, Information Technology & Web Supervisor Zab has been with the Bookstore since August 2005. His responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software programs and operating systems. He is also responsible for the web catalogs.

Dianne
Loeffen, Bronco Shop at Treasure Valley Marketplace Store Manager Dianne has been with the Bookstore since January 1998. Her responsibilities include merchandising, ordering, inventory control, and returns, as well as store operations for our Bronco Shop at Treasure Valley Marketplace.
